Christos Georgiadis

Agricultural Engineer with postgraduate studies in “Management of Protected Areas”. He manages and coordinates all European projects of the HSPN and has an active role in drafting proposals to be submitted for funding under various EU programmes, such as Horizon 2020, LIFE+, Interreg MED, Erasmus+, etc. In addition, with the co-operation of relevant governmental authorities and other environmental organizations, he coordinates the LIFE PRIMED project and the NewLife4Drylands project of the LIFE+ Programme, while also participating in the coordination of other European projects. In the past he coordinated the “For Open Forests” project on the Oiti and Kaldromo, and the “LIFE Natura Themis” project on environmental law.
