AUDIT COMMITTEE
The Audit Committee is three-member and is elected by the General Assembly for one year. The composition of the Audit Committee was determined at the election of 5th of April 2023 as follows:
Nikos Vavouris, Elsa Kyfiotou and Chrysanthos Chrysanthakopoulos.
