The Running Out of Time Relay Has Officially Launched!
It’s official, our Running Out of Time Relay has started!!!
Our record-breaking relay to pass a baton 7,767km through 18 countries to spread a climate message kicked off yesterday in Glasgow.
Wow! What a first 24 hours it has been. Jam-packed with magic moments, mega media coverage, late night legends, and so much more. See below for some of these highlights.

Launching in style - but with a twist!
Less than 24 hours before the relay was due to go live, we received news that the weather forecast in Glasgow had taken a turn for the worse. In fact, the city was bracing for 45mph winds and torrential rain!
The weather was just too wild to bring 2,500 children to Glasgow Green for our planned launch event. So, the team quickly banded together and came up with a Plan B... if the children can't come to the relay, let's take the relay to them!
Sunnyside Primary School stepped forward and hosted us for a brilliant launch party on Friday morning.
A HUGE thank you to everyone involved. We united together and launched the relay in style!
A special thank you to pupils Nikkole, Alfie and Arran who read out the message in the baton and were our very first Batonbearers!

Μέσα σε 24 ώρες, λόγω καιρού, πέρασαν όλες οι εποχές. Βροχή, αέρας και ηλιοφάνεια. Όλοι οι συμμετέχοντες της 1ης μέρας που κράτησαν τη σκυτάλη με χαμόγελο, αξίζουν το χειροκρότημά μας!
Η θετική ενέργεια και το πνεύμα συνεργασίας που φέρατε στη σκυταλοδρομία ήταν εκπληκτική, ενώ οι φίλοι και οι οικογένειες τους επευφημούσαν!
